Suzuki-San (1895- )

It is said that Suzuki-San is a Tendai nun who studied with Mikao Usui. Suzuki-San is the cousin of Mikao Usui's wife (Suzuki Sadako). Her formal training with Usui began in 1915 when she was 20 years old and her relationship with him continued on a less formal basis until his death in 1926.

IMPORTANT!

The teachings which Suzuki-San passes down have no correlation to the system of Reiki other than they originated with Mikao Usui. There are no symbols and mantras, no physical attunements, a different set of precepts and no hand positions.
